We accept Visa, Discover, and Mastercard. How is my order shipped? What are my shipping options? All orders are shipped via UPS from Covina, California within 24-48 hours. You can choose one of UPS shipping options depending on how fast you want your order. What is 'free standard shipping'?. It is by UPS ground withing continental United States. Can I return the merchandise? Please contact service@infinitecrystal.com to return any item. Items must be returned within 10 business days. Customer is responsible for freight cost for returned items. There will be a 20% restocking fee for all returned items. Shipping charge will not be refunded. What about damages?
